Message :change oil and filter put 5 gallons of fresh preium gas in it and start the car watch oil press (look listen feel) for anything abnormal. turning it over with fuel pump relay pulled will probaly do more harm than good the starter can't turn it over fast enough to generate oil psi

Sure it does. I have a bypass switch on mine since sometimes I don't drive it for weeks. 5-8 sec of cranking and I can watch the oil pressure gauge move. It only generates a few pounds of pressure. But that's enough to ensure the bearings have oil before I fire it over.
